Vietnam (Việt Nam) is also known as Socialist Republic of Vietnam (SRV).

Location

Vietnam is neighbour to a few countries – China to the north, Laos to the northwest, Cambodia to the southwest and lastly Malaysia to the southeast.

Weather

Weather in Vietnam is rather dynamic, ranging as low as 8 °C (46 °F)  in December to 35 °C (95 °F) during summer (July/August).
